Bob Falter, CRS, GRI, Broker Associate/REALTOR®

Bob Falter is a licensed Connecticut and Massachusetts real estate broker and a certified Massachusetts real estate instructor.  

Bob retired as a Captain (O-6) from the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service in 2001. He received his M.B.A. from the Cornell University and his Ph.D. from Walden University.  After serving as a healthcare administrator, correctional health care administrator, and licensed nursing home administrator he made a career change to residential real estate in 2004. He volunteers at UMassMemorial Medical Center in their Pastoral Care Department and serves on the Financial Advisory Committee for the Town of Brookfield. He is currently running for election to the Board of Assessors in Brookfield.

His primary focus is working with Buyers, Investors and Sellers in the residential real estate market utilizing the skills and experience gained over 12 years:

•Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR),

•Military Relocation Professional (MRP), 

•Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and

He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR), the REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts (RACM), and the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA).
